The Traffic Quality Analyst is in charge of ensuring the quality of the network. This includes making certain the network is mapped correctly to meet our Advertisers' needs as well as working to eliminate click fraud.
Responsibilities Include:
• Develop quantitative analyses, custom models and ad hoc reports to effectively monitor performance, trends, and quality of our network

We are currently seeking a Director of Traffic Analysis to join the LookSmart Team.
Responsibilities Include:
• Analyzing ad network traffic performance to optimally match traffic supply to advertiser demand

LookSmart is currently seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst. In this role you will work with our account managers to define success metrics for our advertisers, and then work with the account management team to develop strategies that will beat those metrics.
Responsibilities Include:
• Develop quantitative analyses, custom models and ad hoc reports to effectively monitor performance, trends, and opportunities of the ad network
• Work with advertisers to help define their success metrics

Paid Search Account Services Manager (New York and SF Offices)
LookSmart is looking for a hardworking, proactive paid search account services manager, based in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the needs of advertisers are being supported and for the end-to-end management of LookSmart's existing advertiser relationships. Measures of success include revenue delivered vs. targets, up-sell and optimization effectiveness, client satisfaction and retention levels, and contribution to regional account team and entire sales organization.
Responsibilities Include:
• Manage the scheduling, production and implementation of online advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with assigned regional sales team to launch new ad campaigns and provide continued client service support and optimization efforts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for existing advertiser base and provide the "customer voice" to other teams at LookSmart
• Provide support for creative and technical inquiries by customers.
• Prepare and monitor daily and monthly campaign performance
• Develop strategic account plans and quarterly account reviews for high profile customers.
• Own campaign management, campaign analysis and optimization efforts, including keyword expansion, CPC optimization, and ROI analysis.
• Identify and implement strategic client growth opportunities.
• Monitor and help correct any delivery or inventory issues
Required Qualifications/Skills:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience using one or more Internet ad serving systems
• Very high-level of accuracy, keen attention to detail and comprehensive, data-driven problem solving
• 3 to 5 years experience in interactive media and advertising including familiarity with CPC, CPM, CPA pricing models; agency experience strongly desired
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively converse with internal departments as well as clients/agencies.

Sales Operations Controller
LookSmart’s business depends on regular monitoring of customer performance and assisting the Sales and Traffic related departments in delivering revenue and margin growth. This includes both a good understanding of customer goals and metrics, as well as regular data evaluation that monitors advertiser campaign performance against distribution partner traffic behavior to determine how best to organize Sales and Traffic efforts. The Sales Operations Controller will report directly to the CFO and be responsible for building a comprehensive business dashboard, monitoring relevant performance metrics and creating processes and tools to improve performance.
This is a challenging role that will require a solid combination of communication skills to support the activities of the Sales and Traffic departments, and analytical ability to tackle complex problems and build working solutions.
Job Description:
• Communicate regularly with sales personnel to understand customer goals and related issues that arise
• Interact with Traffic Analysis and Traffic Quality personnel to understand the distribution network and assist with resolving customer issues
• Monitor daily customer activity, revenue opportunities with existing customers and the sales pipeline
• Understand existing information/work flows with regard to data reporting
• Identify gaps and implement process changes to collect and organize missing information
• Create/modify informational dashboards
• Research and evaluate industry trends/competitive analysis
In order to be effective in this role, the candidate needs to demonstrate prior experience or the ability to quickly develop proficiently with regard to the following:

• Ability to pull Brio reports and manipulate data in Excel
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a quantitative, data-driven role in an operational environment focused on revenue/margin and will demonstrate:
